Software Support & Onboarding Associate

We are looking for enthusiastic and customer-focused Software Trainers / Onboarding Associates to join our growing team in Noida. This role is ideal for fresh graduates and early-career professionals who are passionate about technology, customer success, software training, and e-commerce operations.

As a Software Trainer, you will be responsible for onboarding new customers, conducting product training sessions, educating users on software features, and ensuring successful adoption of our e-commerce and warehouse management solutions.

  Key Responsibilities

  • Train and educate new customers on software features and functionalities.
  • Conduct product demonstrations and onboarding sessions.
  • Ensure smooth and timely customer onboarding.
  • Help customers understand warehouse management and inventory workflows.
  • Guide users in using order management and stock management tools.
  • Drive maximum feature adoption through practical training.
  • Resolve customer queries related to product usage.
  • Maintain customer onboarding records and training documentation.
  • Coordinate with internal teams to improve customer experience.
  • Develop expertise in e-commerce operations and software solutions.
