We are looking for a dynamic and result-oriented Marketing Executive to support our business growth through lead generation, customer engagement, digital marketing, and sales support activities. The candidate will be responsible for managing online business portals, handling social media platforms, generating leads, and following up with prospective clients to convert opportunities into business.
Key Responsibilities
Lead Generation & Business Development
Generate leads through IndiaMART, Justdial, Google, social media, and other online platforms.
Follow up with potential customers through calls, emails, WhatsApp, and other communication channels.
Understand customer requirements and provide suitable business solutions.
Maintain and update lead databases and customer records.
Support business development activities to increase sales and revenue.Digital Marketing & Social Media Management
Manage company profiles on Facebook, Instagram, LinkedIn, YouTube, and other social media platforms.
Create and publish engaging content to increase brand visibility and lead generation.
Monitor inquiries received through social media and respond promptly.
Track social media performance and suggest improvement strategies.
Online Portal Management
Handle and manage IndiaMART, Justdial, TradeIndia, and other business listing portals.
Update product and service information regularly.
Respond to customer inquiries and ensure timely follow-ups.
Improve lead conversion through effective communication and relationship management.Customer Relationship Management
Communicate professionally with customers and prospects.
Build long-term relationships with clients.
Resolve customer queries and provide appropriate solutions.
Coordinate with internal teams to ensure customer satisfaction.
Required Skills
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
Good verbal and written English communication.
Strong lead generation and customer handling abilities.
Basic knowledge of digital marketing and social media management.
Ability to work independently and achieve targets.
Good negotiation and follow-up skills.
Proficiency in MS Office, Google Sheets, and CRM tools.
Preferred Qualifications
Experience in Telecalling, Sales, Lead Generation, or Business Development.
Knowledge of Google Ads and Meta (Facebook & Instagram) Ads is highly preferred.
Experience managing IndiaMART, Justdial, TradeIndia, or similar platforms will be an added advantage.
