We are looking for energetic, hardworking, and customer-focused Customer Relationship Officers to join our growing team. This is a 100% Field Job involving customer relationship management, loan disbursement, EMI collection, and customer acquisition.
Freshers with good communication skills and a willingness to work in the field are welcome to apply.
Key Responsibilities
Visit customers in assigned locations.
Collect loan EMI payments from existing customers.
Identify and source eligible women customers for loan programs.
Form groups of five eligible female members.
Complete customer verification and documentation.
Coordinate loan processing and loan disbursement.
Maintain strong relationships with customers.
Ensure timely EMI collection.
Achieve monthly collection and customer acquisition targets.
Prepare daily field reports.
Follow company policies and compliance procedures.
Candidate Requirements
10th Pass or 12th Pass.
Freshers can apply.
Good communication and interpersonal skills.
Must own a bike.
Valid Driving License is mandatory.
Willing to travel extensively for field work.
Honest, responsible, and target-oriented.
Basic knowledge of smartphones and mobile applications.
Initial screening and discussion with the HR team.
Shortlisted candidates will spend one full day at the nearest branch to understand the job responsibilities and field operations.
