We are looking for a dynamic and results-driven Business Development Executive (Inside Sales) to join our growing team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for connecting with Amazon, Flipkart, Meesho, and other marketplace sellers, understanding their business challenges, and demonstrating how our E-commerce Inventory, Order, and Payment Management Software can help streamline their operations and accelerate business growth.
The candidate should possess excellent communication, negotiation, and consultative selling skills, with experience in inside sales, SaaS sales, or software solutions.
Key Responsibilities
Identify, connect, and engage with sellers on Amazon, Flipkart, Meesho, Myntra, Ajio, and other online marketplaces.
Generate qualified leads through calls, emails, LinkedIn, and other digital channels.
Understand customer requirements and recommend suitable software solutions.
Demonstrate the features and benefits of the company's inventory, order, and payment management software.
Schedule and conduct online product demonstrations and presentations.
Manage the complete sales cycle from lead generation to deal closure.
Build and maintain strong relationships with prospective and existing clients.
Achieve monthly, quarterly, and annual sales targets.
Maintain accurate customer records and sales activities using CRM software.
Coordinate with implementation and customer success teams to ensure smooth onboarding.
Stay updated with e-commerce industry trends, marketplace policies, and competitor offerings.
Prepare daily sales reports and pipeline updates for management.
Eligibility Criteria
Bachelor's Degree from a recognized university.
Minimum 2–4 years of experience in Inside Sales, Business Development, Software Sales, SaaS Sales, or B2B Sales.
Experience working with Amazon, Flipkart, Meesho, or other e-commerce marketplace sellers will be highly preferred.
Strong communication and presentation skills.
Ability to meet and exceed sales targets.
Good knowledge of CRM tools and Microsoft Office.
