Job Type : Full Time
Shift Type: Dayshift
No. of Working Days : 6 days only, Sun will be fixed off.
Daily Work Timings : 9:30 am to 6: 30 pm (Dayshift)
Job Location : Noida (Work From Office Only)
CTC : upto 30k only per month plus incentives by depending upon your interview performance only.
Age Criteria : Between 20 to 40 years only.
Mode of Interview : Face to face only.
About the Profile:
The Business Development Associate s a proactive and target-driven professional responsible for driving revenue growth and expanding the company’s customer base. The role involves identifying new business opportunities, building long-term client relationships, developing effective sales strategies, and closing profitable deals.
Key Responsibilities & Requirement :
• Conduct thorough market research and analysis to identify potential business opportunities.
• Use professional networking and digital platforms to generate and qualify leads.
• Build and maintain strong, long-term relationships with clients.
Understand client requirements and present tailored business solutions.
• Develop and execute strategic plans to achieve sales targets and market expansion.
• Collaborate with marketing and product teams to align business growth initiatives.
• Manage the entire sales cycle from prospecting and proposal development to negotiation and deal closure.
• Deliver presentations, proposals and product demonstrations to potential clients.
• Immediate joiners are needed.
• Serving notice period of upto 10 days are also considerable.
• Graduation required in any field.
• Must have atleast 3 years experience in sales.
• Strong communication, negotiation, and presentation skills.
• Proficiency in MS Office and CRM tools.
