We are seeking a compassionate, skilled, and dedicated A Grade Nurse to provide high-quality patient care in hospitals, clinics, healthcare centers, or nursing facilities. The ideal candidate will assist doctors in patient treatment, administer medications, monitor patient health, maintain accurate medical records, and ensure patient safety while delivering excellent nursing care.
Key Responsibilities
Provide comprehensive nursing care to patients as per hospital protocols.
Monitor and record patients' vital signs, symptoms, and overall health condition.
Administer medications, injections, IV fluids, and treatments as prescribed by physicians.
Assist doctors during examinations, medical procedures, and surgeries.
Prepare patients for diagnostic tests and surgical procedures.
Maintain accurate nursing records and patient documentation.
Educate patients and their families regarding treatment plans, medications, and post-discharge care.
Ensure infection prevention and maintain strict hygiene standards.
Respond promptly to medical emergencies and provide first aid when required.
Coordinate with doctors, laboratory staff, pharmacists, and other healthcare professionals.
Ensure proper handling and maintenance of medical equipment.
Follow hospital policies, patient confidentiality, and healthcare regulations.
